Cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
Ripe avocados, diced
Mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach, etc.)

Red onion, thinly sliced
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, diced avocados, mixed salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, diced cucumber, and chopped cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and olive oil to create the dressing. Start with a 3:1 ratio of lime juice to olive oil and adjust according to taste.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine. Make sure all the ingredients are evenly coated.
Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
