Baked Salmon with Dill Sauce

For the Baked Salmon:

4 salmon fillets

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil

For the Dill Sauce:

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets and season with salt and pepper.

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

While the salmon is baking, prepare the dill sauce.

In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Once the salmon is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Serve the baked salmon with a dollop of the dill sauce on top or on the side.
