Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap

Ingredients :

Grilled chicken breast (sliced)

Romaine lettuce (chopped)

Caesar dressing

Parmesan cheese (grated)

Whole wheat or spinach tortilla wraps

Croutons (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste


Prepare the grilled chicken: Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill it until cooked through, then let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

Assemble the wrap: Lay a tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of Caesar dressing over the center of the wrap.

Add the fillings: Place a handful of chopped romaine lettuce on top of the dressing. Place the sliced grilled chicken on top of the lettuce.

Sprinkle with cheese: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken and lettuce. Add croutons if you like for an extra crunch.

Roll the wrap: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it from the bottom, ensuring the fillings are secure within the wrap.

Serve: Slice the wrap in half diagonally if desired, and it’s ready to be served. You can also wrap it in parchment paper or foil for easy handling.
